What happened this past month (February):

The first weekend of February Joy and Nathan went out to eat dinner at Laguna Feast, a little Mexican restaurant in Laguna Beach. It's probably more of a lunch place than a dinner place. That Monday we had Family Home Evening at our house. We had a pizza party! 5 Porky Pizza's - BBQ chicken, hawaiian, veggetarian, pepperoni & sausage, and ham.
The second weekend we went to dinner with Don & Fran (Friends from Nathan's work). We went to Cannon's Seafood Grill in Dana Point. It's got a lovely view of the harbor and is very reasonably priced.
The third weekend we had dinner with Joy's friends from work (Divya, Atul, Ajit, & Vandana). We tried a nice little place called Victory Cafe, which had lots of yummy pasteries and Mediterranean sweets (like turkish delight).
The fourth weekend we had dinner at Ti Amo, a nice little Italian restaurant in Laguna Beach. They had some very nice entrees & desserts. Nathan had the creme brulee, and Joy had the Spumoni.
Other than that, work has been pretty regular. We've been doing normal cleaning chores on the weekends. Our picture window contractor decided they didn't want to do our picture window, so we've had to get quotes from other contractors (again).
Joy's little garden has been weeded. She has planted additional Oregano, Cilantro, Foxglove, water pasteles, and Spanish lavendar. (We'll have to see if anything actually grows.)
Joy has finished reading At Home With Books, which April gave me for Christmas. Next I will probably be reading something from my classics or historical genre.
Joy has been lazy about updating her database of books (see link below).

Personal Information: My name is Joy Jo Logan Condie. I graduated in computer science from B.Y.U.
I was born in southern California, but I've spent most of my life in Orem, Utah.
Interests: I've practiced piano since I was eight. (That doesn't necessarily mean I'm any good.) I like to read, especially mystery novels. Agatha Christie is one of my favorite authors. I also like old classics such as Little Women, Anne of Green Gables, and Pride and Prejudice.
