What happened in April :

Baby is starting to speak more. Currently some of her favorite words are "No" (she pronounces it like "New"), "Ball", "Door", "Bear", "Meow", "Oof" (Dog), "Gack" (Quack for duck), "Car", "MaMa", and "DaDa".
This month's perferred fruit is strawberry. Baby sees strawberries, or bananas, or balls in the books she looks at and then wants to find / eat them.
Joy is still waiting for more info on the benefits at the new company.
Nathan and Joy celebrated their wedding anniversary with flowers, a nice dinner at home, and Chocolate Mousse Cake.
For Easter baby went to her first Easter Egg hunt. She got a few pieces of candy, which her Mommy won't let her eat, and a bunch of coupons for free kids meals at various restaurants in town.

Current callings (voluntary church job): Nathan - father, CTR 6 teacher, and home teacher; Joy - mother, visiting teacher, and Relief Society teacher (Oh my!).

Nathan is now reading scriptures.
Joy is now reading Escape Velocity by Stasheff Joy is about 60 percent through with Don't Sweat the Small Stuff.

Personal Information: My name is Joy Jo Logan Condie. I graduated in computer science from B.Y.U.
I was born in southern California, but I've spent most of my life in Orem, Utah.
Interests: I've practiced piano since I was eight. (That doesn't necessarily mean I'm any good.) I like to read, especially mystery novels. Agatha Christie is one of my favorite authors. I also like old classics such as Little Women, Anne of Green Gables, and Pride and Prejudice.
